How long does shipping take?
Standard Shipping: approximately 15 business days (depending on location). You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
What is your return policy?
We offer free returns within 15 days after delivery. If you’re not satisfied, you may return your item for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, we will issue a refund or replacement. Simply contact us at support@mettajewelry.com within 7 days of receiving your package.
Do you offer refunds?
